Moreover, it uses DBC insulated copper base plate technology, which has good insulation performance, strong thermal conductivity, strong mechanical structure and excellent heat dissipation performance. The product parameters have good consistency and excellent reliability, making it suitable for various medium and low-frequency application fields such as servo controllers and frequency converters.
